BPC Partners Courtenay Poulden and Scott Hall-Johnston are accredited specialists in Personal Injury law (to find out what this means, visit out FAQ section), and founding partner Barry Beilby is an accredited specialist in Family Law.

The firm now has eight solicitors including the partners, who undertake a variety of legal work including medical negligence cases, motor accident compensation claims and workers compensation cases.

Our history

Beilby Poulden Costello has its origins in a legal practice started by Barry Beilby in 1975. The practice was a small general practice providing legal services in all types of law including personal injury, family law, commercial law and property sales and purchases.

Courtenay Poulden became a partner in 1990. The business expanded significantly in 1993 when the practice merged with that of Flannery Mura & Costello, a firm specialising in Personal Injury law. The merged firm became Beilby Poulden Costello with Barry Beilby and Courtenay Poulden partners in the new firm. In 1997 the firm expanded further appointing Scott Hall-Johnston as a partner.
