Katherine Oldfield

Katherine has a passion for making people’s lives better whether you have a bung knee, a crook neck or a complex medical problem arising from an obscure condition. She has a particular talent with medical negligence cases and those with complex factual situations. Her clients regularly comment that she explains things to them in words they can understand.

Katherine has been representing injured clients in the ACT, NSW, Victoria and the NT for 12 years. She regularly argues cases in all the Courts, Tribunals and Compensation Schemes in NSW, especially the Supreme and District Courts, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Workers Compensation Commission and the Motor Accident Authority Resolution Service.
