Kylie Granger

Kylie joined BPC Lawyers in September 2010. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Law and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Kylie also holds a Bachelor of Theology and is currently completing a Masters of Family Law. Kylie has been admitted to the NSW Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.

Kylie has five years of experience in the legal industry and has worked exclusively in Family Law for the past four years. Kylie is experienced in complex property matters involving company and trust structures and international assets. Kylie is also experienced in parenting matters including sensitive cases involving family violence. Kylie is an experienced advocate and has appeared in the Family Court of Australia, Federal Magistrates Courts, Local Courts, District Court of NSW and Supreme Court of NSW.

Kylie is a member of the Law Society of NSW and the Young Lawyers Family Law Committee.

Her particular areas of practice include:

  • Family Law including divorce, parenting and property matters, spouse and child maintenance, child support, contravention and enforcement and same sex and de facto relationships.
