David Pink

Biography

David holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2018.

David began his career working as a lawyer for victims of asbestos diseases, primarily against James Hardie and other large asbestos companies. The highlight of his time as an asbestos lawyer was working on a major test case involving the former blue asbestos mine at Wittenoom which is sometimes described as ‘Australia’s Chernobyl’.

David later re-specialised in medical negligence law and worked as a solicitor defending civil negligence claims against NSW Health agencies and now brings with him a wealth of experience to our injured clients.

Since 2022, David has been practising as a lawyer with BPC Lawyers.
