Biography
Jacinta Skaf is a Solicitor at Beilby Poulden Costello practising in workers compensation law. She is committed to assisting injured workers in New South Wales navigate the often complex workers compensation system and obtain the support and entitlements available to them.
Jacinta has experience acting for injured workers in a range of workers compensation matters, including claims for weekly benefits, medical and treatment expenses, lump sum compensation, and disputes with insurers. She understands that workplace injuries can have a significant impact on a person’s health, employment and financial security, and she works closely with her clients to guide them through each stage of the claims process.
Prior to joining Beilby Poulden Costello, Jacinta gained experience working at other law firms, where she developed a strong interest in personal injury law and workers compensation claims.
Jacinta is known for her practical, no-nonsense approach to legal advice while maintaining a supportive and empathetic manner with her clients. She aims to provide clear guidance so clients understand their rights and options, enabling them to make informed decisions about their claim.
Jacinta is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
Jacinta was admitted as a solicitor in September 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Law and Business/Commerce from The University of Western Sydney.
